HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

about Packing

1♥ For KD (Knock Down) frame Rattan Garden Furniture, we will pack it with bulb plastic to protect goods inside. Then we will pack it in 5 layers cartons outside

2♥ For Not KD (Knock Down) frame Rattan Garden Furniture, we will pack it with thick bulb plastic first then pack it in stack.

3♥ For Umbrellas, we will pack it with OPP bag piece by piece, then pack it in 5 layers cartons.

4♥ For Hammocks, we will pack it in OPP bag piece by piece, then pack it in 5 layers cartons.

5♥ For Hanging Chairs, we will pack the nest by Nylon bag while the hanger and bottom packed by EVA.

1♥ We can deliver goods from 10 days to 35 days according to order quantity and customer's needs.

2♥ Samples can be sent by EXPRESS such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS and Etc. There are many third party testing company, we'd like to send samples to any third party companies to check the quality.
 

3♥  Most of our customers will choose to ship goods by sea, since the volume is large. Especially garden furniture and Umbrellas.

Yes, samples are available including customized items. Generally customized samples require 7 days to finish.The sample fee will be 3 times of original price, but it can be refund after order /confirm/ied.

Generally one 20' GP MIXED container, but MAX 3 kinds of same series.

7♥ What about your QC (Quality Control) system?
 
A) We have 5 staff working as QC in our factory to inspect raw material, finish products and also packing.

B) Many customers will hire the third party such as SGS to inspect goods before shipment.

C) Part of our customers, especially old partners will come to our factory several times a year to talk with our QC team.
